Tascam US-125m RCA Line-out jack okay for headphones?

So I've enjoyed the features of my current astro a40 mixamp but certainly don't enjoy how bad quality it is, I get an increasing amount of hiss when I turn up the volume and the left and right stereo speakers keep changing levels independently and what seems like a random pattern whenever the volume knob is adjusted.

So I want to sell my combo and get a new pair of headphones (probably the m50x or creative aurvana live 2) and the tascam us-125m, which is a usb dac and mixer that is made for live streamers (which I can get for $99 shipped).

I was just wondering if I could use the RCA line-out jacks for my headphones that are 200 ohms compared to the 32 ohm headphone jack.

Also it would be nice to know if I could use the line-in rca stereo jack for my mp3 device (HTC One m7).

Thanks in advance guys.

Yes, but are you going to use that for what it was made for? Or do you actually need an external sound source?

Yes I am going to use it for what it was made for, it's just that I am unsure if I should use the RCA jacks as I would told by someone that RCA jacks and 3.5mm aux use different voltages or something.

I am no real expert, hence why I am asking.

Well thanks for your answer @Kloaked
