Hey guy Having Not responding problems

Hey guys ever since i have installed my new ssd by samsung i have been having problems with programs not responding all the time. this ssd has my windows 8 on it  and it has 71 gb free of 240 gb. also often it spikes up to 100% Disk use on ssd and this is when the not responding happens

 

any ideas to help?

Did you do a clean install of windows when you moved to your new SSD?

Thats your problem.

You will need to reinstall windows.

 

People just don't listed...never clone a HDD to an SSD. Never.
