Beeping sound, LED on and CPU during POST

DeadZed

I have a Z97-A ASUS motherboard and ever since I built my computer, it makes a beep everytime I turn it on. The VGA LED blinks for half a second then the boot LED stays on for like five seconds. Also, the CPU fan (stock) starts up really fast. After about five more seconds, the system boots normally.

Every component is connected correctly. Is this something BIOS related?

A single beep is good, anything else (multiple beeps in succession/1 beep followed by 2 long beeps) is bad and means there is some kind of issue. Fans start at full speed usually because they are just receiving full power before the bios fully initializes and detects hardware, so its all good.
