Upgrading PC 300 EURO SSD compatible motherboard?

Hello guys the end of 2014 is going to be amazing No more minecraft because that's the only game i can play with my old graphics card...  :unsure:

 

Note: I'm a bit dumbass so HELP me before i'm going to buy this stuff and notice it's not gonna fit inside my pc or is it compatible?...
