Ctrl+v not working

Fuzzy112

So I just got this weird problem for a few days now...for some reason my ctrl+v won't work, and I have no bloody idea why. I tried googling for some solutions but nothing really worked...halp

So far I've tried:

Unistalling my keyboard from device manager and replugging

Doing a system restore back a few days before I got this problem

Unistalling some recently installed programs

Confirmed that its not my keyboard that's causing the problem, plugged it into my laptop and it worked normally

have your tried plugging it in a usb2.0 port or usb3.0 and do you still have a ps/2 port on your mobo?

yes I tried both 2.0 and 3.0 ports...I don't have a PS/2 adapter so I can't plug it into the PS/2

Try going to Control Panel > (top right) Sort by icons > Keyboard > Hardware > Properties > Events > View all events

Then see if you can find anything that stand out and happened around the time the issue started happening.

Are there any drivers available for your keyboard? Is there another keyboard that you can try on this computer?
