Appcrash error.

Every time I open programs such as: Google Chrome or League of Legends, Appcrash error appears. I researched the problem beforehand but none of the solutions seem to work. 

 

Windows 7 Starter 32bit

Foxconn AM3 Motherboard

AMD Athlon II X2 215 (overclocked to 3Ghz)

2gb of DDR2 Memory

Onboard graphics (overclocked to 720 mhz)

Western Digital Blue 160GB Hard Drive

Generic 500w PSU
