Help on finding the right monitor

Hello, I'm looking for a monitor for casual gaming. in more detail, i suggest a 16:9 aspect ratio, Hdmi input is going to be my main connector to use, 1600x900 resolution or higher, maybe a 8ms reponse time and low lag input( idont know whats a good input for games such as moba's, and maybe all that on a monitor for less than $150???? for the monitor enthusiast, i've been playing with a $450 laptop...sooo stuff like color correction and color contrast i dont know what is consider good or not so maybe not focus on that stuff that much??? i dont really know much about monitors soooooooooooooo yeaa hopefully theres the one exactly like this??? thats for the hlep :D
