Headphones/headset

I need a nice headset/head phones  that goes over ears, i NEED a mic/mod mic to go with it my budget is 120 Canadian doll hairs and i do like nice bass but not overly strong that it clouds out other sounds thanks.

 

 

I was looking at the hyper x cloud one which seemed nice, linus even reviewed it recently but i dont know anything about headphones
