Monitor help

x7ASSASSIN7x

So I'm browsing for a new monitor and I've come across to 4. I'm not sure which one is best for $150 and under. Also, let me know if it is the best time to buy one now for back to school sales. Here are the four from ncix.

KEEP IN MIND: I live in Canada

1st or 4th 1st for gaming and 4th if you want to pay 50 dollars less because its a smaller sized screen (I prefer smaller then 24 inch screens personally)

Realistically, you wanna stick with an IPS or PLS monitor to get the best colour, viewing angles and value for money. ;)

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

The 3rd and 4th monitors have TN panels and wouldn't be the best value for money IMHO. ;)

I haven't had a 24 inch before so I might go for the bigger size

Well Samsung monitors are pretty good, so I'd say...yes! I would recommend that you look at reviews of one and two to see what people think of them and also you get to read people's experience with them. ;)
