Have 4 H97 mATX Options, Can't Decide

First Asus one looks best imo plus it does have some nice features with fan control if your into that and network prioritization.

I'm having a hard time deciding what to buy, other than the H97M-PLUS having an Intel NIC and both Asus boards having Crystal Sound 2 which looks kind of interesting, I don't see any real difference between the 4. And I'm not sure if either of those things are worth the $50 (After all is said and done) over the G43.
