Go to solution Solved by Archangel1994,

Get Z97 if you're going to OC. Z97 is a bit better though Asus H97 can OC. i would get the R9 290 over the 770 as well.

Zalman Z9 U3

Intel i5 4690K

Asus H97 Pro

Palit GTX 770 Jetstream 2GB

AData DDR3 1600mhz 2x4 GB

Samsung 840 Evo 120GB or Intel 520 120GB

Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD

Corsair CX600M

E-Blue Polygon Keyboard

LG Optical Drive

A couple of fans from Enermax

So what do you guys think? I'm gonna be using it for light gaming (The most demanding game being Far Cry 3). Apparently Asus is letting non-z MOBOs to overclock, so i'm gonna try that. I Won't be OCing for now, I only plan to OC it when the cpu won't be enough anymore and i need a little boost. So i think i won't OC for a few years. :D

Should i get the Asus Z97-K instead though? I mean it's a Z but the LAN and other components of the H97 Pro seem better.

280x is cheaper but is better for money because it can overclock really well and it has 1gb more vram

but 290 is really good deal with 2gb more vram and it performs almost like 780 when overclocked

and dont use black color text or people with night theme dont see your text

Wow stuff are way cheaper in the US. The components that aren't selling here: The MOBO, Ram, Case, and apparently they don't sell EVGA PSU's here. That 290 is 100 bucks more expensive here. And i don't need a CPU cooler right now. Thanks for the feedback though.
