If you have the money, the noctua a14 industrial is an amazing fan.

If you don't want to spend 30$ on a single fan, the Corsair AF 140 are  great for the money.

Air flow = Noctua Industrial
Slience = Phantek PH-F140XP
Looks = thats your choice, i would say Be quiet fans :P
Static pressure = Noctua industrial(but loud) Phantek PH-F140XP(for slience)

I'd go for the Corsair AF 140 Quiet Edition. The aesthetics are great and you can even change the color of the outer ring and choose between red, white, and blue.

Bitfenix Spectre Pro

Akasa Apache/Rosewill Hyperborea

Noctua NF-A14 FLX

Gelid Wing 14

And as much as I don't like saying it, Corsair's AF140 QE's are decent too. Just need to avoid the 120's like the plague.

Rosewill Hyperborea/Akasa Apache 140mm they are both the same, just available in different regions. It's likely that you can get your hands on one of them.

I was actually thinking about the SP120 QE's, my bad. That said...

40CFM at 21dB is really meh. Especially for a $20 fan. You can spend less, equal or more for higher CFM and lower noise.

Also, Be Quiet! fans are quite good.
