Overvolting when not on load and undervolting when on load

My 3570k is at 4.5 @ 1.25V when on idle and goes down to 1.19V when under load. It should be the other way around but I have no idea how to fix it. I have a MSI Z77 G41 if it helps.

You can fix that by changing your LLC (Load Line Calibration) to a higher setting and also enabling Additional Turbo Voltage. You can add small increments of voltage that way so when it's under load the voltage increases.

this is called vdroop and as mentioned by stroonz moving the llc to an higer setting will most likely fix that.
