Some info on fittings and tubes

I have some more noob questions, thanks for all the help you all have been giving me. I am a little confused with all the diameters.

Will these fittings

work with this tubing

Is the fittings larger because the tube needs to fit inside of it?

No, those won't fit. You'll need to get fittings and tubing with matching ID (inner diameter) and OD (outer diameter).  For example, to use that tubing, you need to get this fitting, which is 1/2" ID, 3/4" OD http://www.frozencpu.com/products/18983/ex-tub-1793/EK_G14_Thread_Perfect_Seal_Compression_Fitting_-_13mm_ID_x_19mm_OD_12_x_34_-_Black_Nickel.html?tl=g57c593s1952

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

No.

The tubing is 3/8" x1/2"

The fittings are 1/2" x 3/4"

These measurements need to be the same.

Also, would any size compression fitting go onto my rad, res and blocks? Does it just change the size of the tubing used? If so what size tubing would you recommend?

Most watercooling parts use G1/4" threads, so you'll be fine with any fitting that uses G1/4" threads. No, it doesn't really change the size of the tubing. The watercooling community really likes 3/8" ID, 5/8" OD. People like it for its small bend radius. It means you can bend it in tight angles without fearing that it would kink too easily.

Would this size of tubing kink easy?

That's really thick tubing, so most likely not. It will still kink if you bend it in insane angles.

Yes they work together. 1/2 ID 3/4 OD is very thick and rigid it won't kink easily but you can't really make any tight bends with it either. It's just too rigid. Have you also had a look at Bitspower and Monsoon compression fittings?
