Thoughts on Nvidia shield tablet?

Hey guys, (i might be a bit late!) but i just found out about the Nvidia shield tablet, i reckon it looks a tiny bit like an ipad mini.....But i want one! I reckon it looks really good and for $299 for a 16gb model, i reckon thats a great deal!

I like it but im not gonna get it because honestly i dont have any use for it.

The K1 is more powerful than the PS3 or Xbox360 if I had any productive use for it I'd buy it immediately

I think it is good as a tablet, but since good Android games are few and far between it fails as a gaming device, unless of course you have an Nvidia card and a pretty beefy wireless network.

 

I would still prefer the original Shield over the tablet because of its simplicity and convenience. The controller and the tablet as separate devices would make it hard to play games while laying in bed.
