i5 4430 Overclocking

Qnrip

Hello.

I have a i5 4430 (Non-K) and a Asrock B85 Pro4. The cpu runs at 3.0 factory (3.2 turbo witch rarely occurs ....).I wanted some time ago to OC it to 3.2 it's max clock.it worked just by raising the multiplayer. Now i raise it to 32.In bios shows cpu freq 3200 mhz.In windows nothing shows me 3.2.Just 3.0.Tried cpu-z and such...nothing.tried to raise the voltage to 1.1v....still nothing but a little bit of overheating.....

Bios is updated to 2.20 the last bios for my mobo.....in bios i changed just oc fixeed mode to ON(no turbo boost and speed step) , cpu multiplayer to ALL and 32 and Vcore fixed voltage 1.100.....in bios yeah it shows 3200mhz ...but windows nothing yet....

help please.

b85 motherboards don't support overclocking?
non k chips don't have an unlocked multiplier.
