A good mouse pad?

xjohnny3589

Since my whole set up is on my bed, my mouse keeps getting slowed down by bedsheets, so I decided it's time to get a mouse pad. I'm looking for a hard mouse pad (since my bed is squishy and uneven). I mostly play csgo with exteremely low dpi.

Try the Corsair MM600, it's got an aluminum core so it stays completely rigid.

On the other hand, what i always used to do was put a soft mouse pad on top of a coffee table book, because I've always preferred cloth mouse pads. You can try that, because cloth mouse pads are much cheaper, and you probably have a coffee table book at hand,

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

You have a PC with a 780ti and you're playing on your bed?

I'm using this XL BF4 Hard Mousepad from Razer that I won in a BF4 Squad Tournie.

Steelseries qck

That's not a hard mousepad like OP wants, but it is a good soft mousepad :)

Do the Steelseries QCK edges fray over extended use?

Maybe after a year or so. It gets dusty though but the washing machine fixes that problem.

Roccat Alumic, I haven't had any issues with it, it's pretty solid.

It's also washable.

The qck heavy is also good for uneven surfaces(that's why it is common among competitive players).

Hard pads don't differ much from manufacturer to manufacturer like cloth pads do.

If you haven't been informed about the difference between cloth and hard is that hard pads offer the least friction but they tear down your mouse's skates faster.Cloth on the other hand can offer you the stopping power you need for flickshots with a little more friction.

Ss 4hd/9hd -difference is in the size

Logitech g440

Any of the abovementioned.

Anyone have any past experiences with Razer's mousepads? In particular the Destructor 2 and the Manticor

I don't personally, but I know a few people who have.

They all said it was a bit expensive, but made it a lot easier to use the mouse.

Most said they would rather save the extra money and get a cheaper one because mouse pads serve a simple function.
