Well you guys say NVIDIA but AMD cards are now outperforming NVIDIA cards lol.

NVIDIA has better drivers for SLI though. Crossfire kinda sucks.

ya but amd should have been able to have there cards do that before but they rushed the drivers and it was careless imo

I personally just dislike the amount of time AMD takes to release drivers.

Nvida to me seems like they release drivers a lot more quickly.

New AMD user? back in 2011/2012, AMD released new driver at least once/month. lol

Oh really? Perhaps you should ask the boys over at guru3d, it seems AMD releases more driver in shorter time than NV these days. Hell, I'm on Cat13.5 B2 for a while now......seems some have opinions that were formed a year or two back.....simply not true now.

It's certainly an interesting debate. For years now people have always said nvidia is better or AMD is better. It seems as though everyone has different experiences with each manufacturer or people are letting their fanboy egos make the decision for them...

I'm kinda curious, but what kind of drivers do Intel make? Graphics? Ssd?

Oh my AMD is so bad that they out peform nvidia at every price bracket. Geez I wonder if AMD got their drivers in order what would happen to nvidia LOL.

I let the benckmarks do the talking. From what I have seen AMD Radeon HD is dominating nvidia at every price point. SO would thins not be a prime indicator that AMD has the better driver currentyl ?

AMD definitely has better drivers than Nvidia , no question about that.
Nvidia are wasting too much time on mobile & tegra to even pay attention to their buggy drivers.

they both have similar drivers and performance increases. I would go with nvidia though since they release them more frequently.

Hard to say really, Nvidia may have just pushed their GK 104 architecture to its limit while AMD may be still getting more efficiency out of there's, who knows really...

All fanboyism aside my personal theroy is nvidia seems to comes out right off the hop with good drivers but they remain stagnate but good. AMD comes out with kind of flaky drivers right out the gate but they steadly improve over time and often take the lead over nvidia as time goes on.

That's because you did not remove the nvidia drivers that get wired into the registry like some virus before you installed the AMD card.

I had the same problem with the nvidia driver mucking up the Radeon HD drivers and making things flaky for "Graphics By AMD Radeon HD". I then used driver swerper to get rid of all the many nvidia entries into the registry and all was well.

The same can be said about AMD drivers and a lot of programs, games etc, I think nearly all developers are guilty of this.

Cant really vote either way because ive never really had any problems with either camp.

Its also kind of hard to prove who has the best drivers looking at the performance of cards as they are not the same architecture so such comparisons don't give an accurate representation of driver quality.
