It's a great 750w gold rated psu--not that the rating really matters imo but it's good for anyone who needs to save on the electricity bill.

normally higher rating = better internal components (longer life) , no ?

Generally, yes. However, the rating isn't the be-all and end-all to a good psu.

Well i could get the EVGA supernova G2 power supply 750 watt full modular for only 100$ now
