Overclocking my PC

Hi, im new here.
This is my rig:

GA-Z87X-UD4H
CPU - i7 4770K w/Noctua NH-U14S
GTX 780
16GB Ram GKILL Ripjaws X 1600Mhz
PSU NZXT 850W Plus Modular SLi
OS disk: SSD Samsung 250GB

I just wanna know how i can do an overclocking of this. I'm new in all of this.

Can anyone guide me on this quest?!

CPU overclocking is done on your motherboard. You can set things manually(higher risk, but better results) or use auto-overclocking(safer, worse results). GPU overclocking is pretty easy. For the GPU, you can download MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision X and overclock it with that
