Weird ram isue

So it says I am using 50% of my ram (8gb), all I have open is a youtube video and linus tech tips which is odd

 

In task manager it says using 4 gb out of 7.9

 

yet under users i am only using about 1gb, where is that 3gb being used????

Under processes, it only shows the thins I am doing and it only adds up to about 1gb

I have tried reseating my ram and even trying differnet slots

 

this is a brand new pc and brand new OS installation

 

anybody have any ideas I can try? really worried

@ShadowCaptain turn on  show all user.   and you should see it all against system.

 

The os need more than 1 gb of ram, (well it scales based on the total ram) the 4gb in use is about wright.
