Problems with my browser (Chrome), not staying fixed

Hello, I just newly made this account on here since my friend told me this is a good site to find fixes for problems, but this time I am having my own problem.

My browser, google chrome, has been messing up recently for no apparent reason to my understanding.

What it has been doing is when I open to the first tab everything is fine, but when I go to any website, a drop down box will appear saying "Could not load Shockwave Flash", and if I open another tab it will not load anything or load the site but freeze at that screen so I can click on things but nothing will show up after words. It will also do this on the first working site, but after a while will stop loading pages.

(EDIT: DId this part over again because people were not reading it)
These are my attempts at fixing this problem that friends have asked of me and what internet has done:
-Cleared cache/cookies
-restarted browser
-restarted pc
-un/re-installed said flash program (which helped with the shockwave problem but the pages not loading problem persisted)
-un/re-installed google chrome (which undid the shockwave fix I had previously done)
-turned off smart firewall/antivirus
-Tried doing incognito or making another user to see if my mine was corrupt

^ These are what DID NOT work, the farthest I have gotten is fixing the shockwave problem, but the bigger issue here is the page loading problem I keep having, which if I need to say again is pages after the first one or two tabs do not load or come up as untitled and soon after that the first pages that did work start not loading as well.

edit: -uninstalled flash programs than re-installed in safe mode, re-booted, and still nothing on chrome, but firefox will load pages and videos on youtube will work but sometimes, even when prompted that flash has crash, vides will play but I cannot pause(happens only on youtube), FB will not load any videos, and (just tried) Vimeo works as it should.

Please help me find some sort of answer to this someone, also I have a slow pc so before this I had to wait tad bit for sites/video/etc, but this is just absolutlely ridiculous.

First tired clearing cache/cookies, then rebooted, re-installed chrome (using Iobit powerful scan btw), re-installed the flash that was not working which fixes the shockwave problem but still only loads the one tab of stuff for a bit, and I still have to restart browser to go to another site sometimes.

I would say try re-installing Chrome.  That's if you haven't tried that already .

have a look at this adobe site that run's through some basic trouble shooting with flash. also has the full uninstaller that will clean flash completely out of your system.

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller

I will do this and see if it works, but the last time I did this step helped the flash problem only and I still had the loading issue where pages would not open at all after one has been opened. Basically when I did that I opened to youtube and could watch vids but when I opened another tab it would either not load the site I searched or would just load the background for the new tab and when I searched for a anything the title of it would just say "Untitled", nothing would appear except a white background.

Tried the uninstall and still got the same problems, and it was shockwave flash not flash player btw. I knew this but still did it hoping it would fix it but sadly it didn't, rebooted as well and same thing. I should have said this earlier but google chrome works fine on the other users who use this pc, its just mine. I just want to know if it was something I did so I can prevent it, or if its problem has another source I don't know about or cannot find.

I did manage to get firefox installed, went to safe mode and did it from there, but now im having the same issue with flash that I had before that made me switch to google chrome in the first place, which was un/re-installing flash did nothing except tell me over and over again that there was no flash on firefox and on youtube when I watched a video it would play but I just couldn't pause it.

So some thing funky in your user profile. Try creating a new user account and migrating all your data over.

I am having this exact problem with Chrome. That is how I found this forum by looking for possible solutions. Shockwave is also doing the same thing. I am running with Vista as well. I have tried removing and downloading again to no avail.
