Can I insert PCI EXPRES 3.0 generation videocards in GA-Z68XP-UD3P (rev. 1.0) for example GTX 650 TI BOOST....................

Yes PCI-E 3.0 videocards will be compatible because PCI-E 3.0 cards are backwards compatible with existing PCI-E slots.
