Keyboard Quality

I was originally going to get a Cherry MX Red keyboard, but I saw the Razer Huntsman Elite, with the Opto-Mechanical switches, and I was wondering with someone who has both a Cherry MX Red Keyboard and the Razer Huntsman Elite, which one is the better mechanical keyboard?

I have a Cherry MX Red keyboard (Steelseries Apex M500), which I am typing on now. It's really nice to type on, it has a linear switch feel and is generally more suited for gaming than typing although it still handles typing perfectly fine. I've never owned a Razer product though.

I really like my Apex M500. It's really good quality and it's quite durable.

After owning both keyboards, Huntsman is over hyped disappointment.

I have a Logitech and I’m fine with it.

You can not judge a keyboard based on switches that it has. Take 10 keyboards with Cherry switches and every single one will be different, and even the switches will feel different, even though they are the same.
