High end most compact pc build

I am planning to build a compact pc for my 3d modelling , some photo / video editing . Compact pc because I could carry with me anywhere and will consume less space  .

This is my first pc build so i have no idea about compatibility . Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Planning

Cpu : i9 9700k / threadripper 2 2950x

Nvdia 1080 ti

Ram 32gb ddr4 quad channel memory

2pc samsung 970 evo 500gb in raid

Water cooler ( no idea, suggest some models)

Asrock x399 matx if threadripper 2

Monitor 27inch 4k lg

Suggest some smallest cabinets like Dan A4 -SFX or any other which will fit all those and have smaller footprint so i will be able to carry anywhere i want ..

Budget :3000 USD

Location anywhere in the world .. because i want to build the most compact system . For that if i have to import from other countries I don't have any issue with it .

If someone can provide all the parts model number for this build it would be helpful ..

Threadripper does not support ITX form factor motherboards, or there have been none released so you're going to have to go Intel. Also are you looking for an ITX case like an H200 or something of that specifications or like REALLY small cases?

This build configuration is too low for me .. i need 8 core or 16 cores processor . As far as i know asrock x399 matx motherboard support threadripper 2950x processors.

I am looking for the case which supports either threadripper 2950x or atleast core i9 9700k with nvdia 1080ti . And the size of the case should be as minimum as possible . Do you know any case which fits my requirements ?

I have something in PCpartpicker that should work well once I finish making changes to your build. Do you already own the 1080 ti because it isn't very good for modelling? Or do you own any of this that we HAVE to build with?
