What are your voltages at? Mine does this, but only at high voltages (1.375+). It's been fine for a long time, but that happens when the processor does something and heats up then cools down.

atm 1.375 earlier today saw them bump to 1476

then why are you worried?

Tune it in your UEFI so it boost as high as possible while using as liitle volts as possible...sweet spot settings...this always proved to work the best for me.

You can maybe increase clockspeeds while reducing and stabilizing voltages,

Yeah, 1.476 is really high for ryzen, that's why you're seeing those spikes. I don't think you're going to damage the CPU, but try to stay below 1.45. Ryzen master or your motherboard's BIOS should be able to set the voltage limit to a lower level. Just watch out for stability if you're overclocking, and like these guys said those temps are all good.

The Ryzen 2700X will get into the 1.5V range if you haven't undervolted your CPU.  It isn't anything to worry about.  You can curb the behavior with a negative offset in your BIOS if it is something you have time to spend on.

Im not great with bios any other way i can do it ? Dont want to fuck it up currently its on auto in bios. But if its nothing to worry about  then im gonna leave it as it is

No other way that I know of.  If you tell us which motherboard you have there is someone here that can help you.  But yeah it's nothing to worry about as is.
