I have a 3570k in a b75 mob and when my 7870ghz edition failed I went to a MRI GTX 970. I have had lots of stability issues from this since. I am thinking about a going Ryzen 2600 or would a rx580 give me a more stable gameplay. This nvidia has been problems since I got it with poor fps. I am just not sure what's the smart move first, any input is appreciated.

Intermittent tanked fps depending on when I fire machine up, I could see 60+ but most times its 20. My older 7870 ran strong but this MRI has never felt quite right.and if I try to install vendor software my dpc

latency goes bananas with nvidia and direct x.
