Games on the SATA. When im playing LoL and WoW my ram works at 80-100%.

Is it worth upgrading to HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 16GB (10-10-10-30) ?

Just get another 1333 CL9 stick, no need to go for high frequency kits. Save your money for a better graphics card instead.
