Better add an SSD in there to put windows and other critical programs on. Also, buy windows from a used market, not from Microsoft. U can save cash.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Add : SSD

Replace

850 watt PSU with 500 watt, its enough. Your total power requirements is only around 400 watt.

Windows Retail with OEM, some OEM sold very cheap $10 like this one:

As for the HDD, if you have other brand option like HGST or Toshiba, go for that.

Some of this has been said, but just to add more weight to the advice.

1- RAM: Get two 8 Gig sticks instead of one 16 Gigs stick.  Dual channel RAM will work much better.

2- SSD: Add a small, maybe 120 or 240 Gig SSD to use as your boot drive, and to install your primary programs on.  You can save all of your games to your Spinner you got there.  SSD pricing is so cheap now, and systems are night and day better with one as compared to booting off of a spinner.

3- I'm a huge fan of Vega, but they run hot and I'm not sure if you'll be able to get the best performance out of the founders style, even if it is the Air Boost.  Might want to look into some reviews of that card a bit more.  I have a Vega 56 myself and I love it, but you need a lot of cooling for them.  You should be able to find a Power Color Red Dragon Vega 56 for around the same price.  It'll get you much better thermals, and in turn, much better performance.

Other than that, you're looking good.  Once you get your Vega, if you need any help with getting it tuned up just let me know.

I can't spend anymore money on the system because this is my budget and I have the 2x8gb stick not the. Also on the amd website it says if you buy an rx vega 56,64 or rx590 you can get three free games that's why I got it instead of a gtx 1080 and it's also cheaper on amazon.
