Good Monitor for gaming?

I've been searching around for a new monitor but im really not sure which one to purchase as i don't reallyy know which ones are good.

 

could anyone suggest a monitor that is around 28"-32" 1440p or 4k, 120-144hz, and maybe something with a decent response time, not sure if that really changes a lot

 

I know i could look this up myself, but i would like to see which monitors other people recommend, as im not the best when it comes to this kind of stuff.??
