E14 to E27 light bulb adaptor

Hello guys, some days ago some friend gave me some smart multicolor lights that had a E27 screw but my bedroom has only E14 screws... is it same to use those adapters from E14 male to E27 female or there are some issues for power transfer or something?

those adapters are ok but what kind of house doesn't has E27 holders?

How about changing your light sockets? Adapters have safety concerns. 

why everybody post the spec of their rig here? i dont! cuz its made of mashed potatoes!
