Can't boot after CPU upgrade on server

Hi guys need some urgent help,

 

I have a server with a intel board s2600cp with a e5 2603v2.   I bought a tray CPU of e5 2630v2. Replaced the current CPU with the new one and booted the system. After that I am stuck on the screen that shows me the bios revision and board model number. It does not want to post for some reason. I put the original CPU back and it is posting.

 

Any ideas ?
