Planning a water cooled rig and currently I'm thinking of getting the 800D but I don't really like how the basement doesn't fit a 480mm without moving the power supply and you can't fit a 360/480mm rad in the top push/pull without having to buy a fan shroud. I was considering the TJ07 and putting a 480mm rad in the basement but with the upcoming 900D on amazon you can pre-order and its only $10 more than the TJ07. Since the 900D has far more options straight out of the box and isn't too much more I'm just wondering would it be dumb to only fit a 480mm rad?

Yeah I was also looking at the positives of not having so many radiators inside such a large case and with a very clean look could be a great positive. I was looking at Caselabs and their cases and they're all great but the amount you can fit in a 900D opposed to a Merlin SM8 or something relative to the price they just don't compare in flexibility.

Planning a water cooled rig .....

how much radiator do you think you need? condemning a case because it won't hold

a 480 in the lower portion... maybe you don't need a 480 radiator? or is it a look thing?

as an owner of a CaseLabs SM8, you prolly don't need a 480.. or two..

CaseLabs SM8 $379 Corsair 900D $359 (on website, but not released, yet)

I'm planning to run a 3770k + GTX 680 SLI with headroom for any 2011 upgrade. I'm only not considering a Switch 810/800D much as push/pull has performance with 60-80mm rads and aesthetics to add. Anyways the 900D seems to be a little better for my tastes compared to the SM8 considering I don't want to spend $130 on their basement so I can throw a rad/pump down there.
