I want 2 different pc 1 for gaming and 1 for wifey for youtube  and watching movies on

My current gaming setup is

R3 1200

Msi b350m pro vdh

2x 4 gb ddr 4 g.skill V 3000

Rx 580 8gb

500gb ssd evo 860

Random case/psu

60 hz monitor

Im thinkin of buying  r5 2600  + b450 mobo or keep my b350 and buy the cheapest mobo for the r3 1200

I want 100fps+ on a 144hz monitor at 1080p  low settings in blackout

So whats my play? Pull out the gpu and ssd from my current rig  ( i have a spare 650ti boost/hdd to replace them)  and go with a r5 2600? Im on a budget (canada)

Get a smart TV for your wife.  Couch + TV crushes youtube on a PC.

The smart TV is actually a great idea. It would cost the same or cheaper than a PC and it will have a Roku. It will have Netflix, YouTube, Vimeo, plus local channels. Basically any streaming website you can think of can be added to it. Funimation, Crunchyroll, Cable company providers, satellite providers, stream spotify music, and so on.

Or just give her your old one, with the old components in it.  It'll stream to the TV np.

What's your budget for a new one for yourself then?  How much of your money can we spend?
