Hardware setup for lesser bugs on Adobe Premiere Pro

Hello there.

Me and my coleagues find ourselves in big trouble when everyday adobe premiere pro crashes. So, i heard a rumour that it could be some incopatibility between the processor, motherboard and RAM modules.

I am here to ask you what setup do you think we should buy? I'm thinking of a i7 8700k build. What RAM do you recommend? What frecquency do you recommend they all should run at? Thank you in advance for your advice.
