You could probably save yourself a bit of money and get rid of that 4770k, it is pretty overkill for gaming. But hey, if you've got the money to spare go for it. Build looks pretty good!

edit: Also, I would swap out those 290Xs for GTX 780s (which are roughly the same price, and have a much better price to performance ratio) or get a 780ti.

That's a lot of money...

You could get the same performance for much less.

2x 290x's sound better

The performance difference is almost within margin of error.

Will you be running your storage drives in a RAID config? If not, why not just get this for the SSD's http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147251 If you want RAID and don't mind dropping another $200 for 2 of those drives, you would be pretty happy. Also, I would get a 7200 RPM HDD, the WD Green are only 5400 RPM if I'm not mistaken. Also, I would get 2 780's over 2 290x's. The 290x's are so hot and loud, the performance increase, if any, if negligible with the noise and heat it outputs only with that performance. But 2 780 ti's would give you the best performance.

CPU: i7-4770k CPU Cooler: NH-D14 RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8gb GPU: EVGA Superclocked 780 ti MOBO: ASUS Maximus VI Gene PSU: Corsair RM 850 Case: Bitfenix Prodigy M

What about the drives? The 780 would still be better because it would give you a little bit more performance potentially, a.d imo, the games bundle is better (780 comes with AC4, Splinter Cell Blacklist, and Arkham Origins where as the 290x comes with Never Settle Forever Gold but the games to choose from aren't as good as the Nvidia one) Also, there is Shadowplay with the 780 along with compatibility with Nvidia Shield .
