I was looking over my build I am going to buy, and saw that the 1700x was cheaper then the 2600, but it doesn't come with a CPU Cooler, was looking to get one that matched the build

Any recommendations would be great, if I cannot find one that I like then ill just go back to the 2600 though, so no worries.

Also I would prefer a water-cooled one, like not a loop one, but like one that has a radiator with it n stuff, but air cooler doesn't bother me

Something like a nh-d15 or dark rock 4 (pro) are great massive air coolers. But for around 30 bucks you can get a artic freezer 33 esports edition, which is great for the price. If you want to go with an aio (what you tried to describe), get a 240+ one, as 120's are a waste of money

120mm and 140mm ones are useful if something like the dark rock 4 or nh-d15 doesn't fit in your case but your case can house a 120mm liquid cooler, for example. (Mini-ITX/HTPC case builds for example)

Yeah, okay. But in a normal size build they really aren't worth it

I agree. Even my low-end micro-atx case (Corsair 88R) supports 240mm liquid coolers
