Do you think this PC could handle Skyrim on low settings?

 

Intel Xeon 2.80ghz ( 2 processors ), Irwindale, Socket 604. 1 Core per CPU.

4gb DDr2 HP memory ( 4x1gb )

250gb 7200rpm WD HDD

XFX Radeon 5450 1gb DDr3 VRAM.

Some HP Motherboard, I don't know the spec.

In a HP xw6200 case.

500w HP PSU.

Barely. It should play some very undemanding games. Perhaps Left 4 Dead 1?

I wouldn't bother anything under 30FPS is basically unplayable.
