Hello everyone, Im just now getting started into the pc world and need some advice. I want to build a pc capable of playing x planes 11 on max settings at a decent frame rate but yet stay within a 900 dollar price range. i just need some ideas on what components to get that will allow me to do this! also i would be starting from scratch so a monitor and keyboard are a must as well

If you want to build a new PC then the following would be a decent build:

i3 8300 (170 Euros)

Any H310 Motherboard (from Asus, Gigabyte, Asrock, MSI) (60 Euros)

8GB DDR4 (60 Euros)

Any GTX 1060 6GB (240 Euros) --- Or you could just buy a used GTX 970 for 150 Euros and get close to GTX 1060 performance (and save 100 Euros!)

A decent Case (eg Fractal Design, NZXT, Be Quiet, Phanteks) (60 Euros)

A decent PSU (eg Seasonic 520W Bronze) (50 Euros)

A 144hz 1080p monitor (eg Benq XL2411, Acer XF240H) (200 Euros) -- or buy a cheap 100 Euro 60hz monitor. 144hz looks so much better though.

A decent cherry mx keyboard (eg fnatic mechanical keyboard) (80 euros)

A decent mouse (eg rival 300, g402) (50 Euros)

256GB SSD (80 Euros)

= ranging from 900 - 1100 Euros depending on GPU and Monitor choice.

Alternatively, buy a used PC with an i5-6XXX and a 980 and SSD and HDD would save you quite a bit of money. (about 200 Euros)
