So pretty much I want to be able to play every new game to come out

For 2019 or the start of them. I'm looking to play at Max settings or High settings at 1080p or even 2160p

CPU
AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Motherboard
ASRock Taichi X370
RAM
Viper 8GB 2400MHZ
GPU
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC

You should upgrade to 16GB of RAM, and preferably faster RAM since Ryzen works best with faster memory.
The GTX 1060 6GB will be fine for 1080p, but not for 4k in those titles.

Your monitors TVs resolution is only 720p, so if you're planning on playing 1080p or 4k you will need to buy a new monitor.
