Video editor with hardware accelaration

Does anybody know good video editor with GPU hardware acceleration besides Adobe Premier in reasonable price ? 

 

I am not a fun of subscription based software ( that is why I do not want Adobe Premier ) and Adobe Premier Elements is getting little to slow and limited for me. 

 

I was thinking about Corel Videostudio - they claim to have Cuda support in newest version and as of now price is only ~60 USD. 

 

Any idea ?
