Monitor with problems (black and dead pixels)

Hi, 

 

So since 4 days ago my monitor has this weird black zone with what appears to me as dead pixels, but I don't know why this happened since my monitor just stays still the entire day and I don't even touch it!

Can anyone tell me if it is repairable or what is happening?
