My friend wants to upgrade his computer and im trying to help him out but im still fairly new to pc building.

he wants to be able to use graphic design software like premiere and photoshop and plays games like warframe, black desert and league of legends without lagging.

Here are the specs for his current build.

 

Edit: and also he wants a fairly cheap upgrade
