Monitors Recommendations

Hey wanna upgrade my monitor to a G-sync Tech monitor, been overkillin with my 60hz monitor for over a year YIKES

with the current market in my country havin 2 options in mind:

 

(144hz) Asus Rog Swift PG248Q and (240hz) Acer Predator XB252Q

 

Priced at $489 & $419 respectively, the Acer Predator is surprisingly cheaper by $70.

Need some advice or recommendations from experienced users.
