Which LAN Drivers? Someone Please Reply!!!

I just built my PC and have windows running on it. Unfortunately, I cannot connect to the internet via Ethernet. My PC says it does not recognize the Network. I have an ASRock BB350M Motherboard, and when I connect the cable, one light on the port is green, and one is blinking orange. I connected the ethernet cable to my Xbox to see if the cable or port on my router was the issue, and it worked for my Xbox. Someone told me to install LAN Drivers but I don't know which ones to install. Could someone direct me to the right place?
