best 450~ish PSU?

i'm gonna be building a 450W~ish (just under) rig,  and i am going to use it for extensive rendering for long period of time (ie, 9hour ish) continuely, so.......

i need a good PSU that's has a long life time, and really stable power output..

i'm gonna be water cooling it, so i need at least 1 molex pin? (i though i recently saw some without)

+ i might be overclocking the 780ti + i7 (if i can haswell e; k series).  but.... i'm not rigously overclocking it, i'm just gonna do it for suffieient and stable preformence..

so....

what wattage should i go for? and what brand?

i don't really value the silence of the rig overall, but i'd rather not have one that's like the amd stock coolers.....

something that you can hear if you're facing it, but not something if you (put it in the cupboard?)
