First pc buy advice

The 4790 and the 1070 is a great combo, but that stock Intel cooler doesn't do an i7 justice, and the fact that the sellers keeps saying "8GB Nvidia graphics" really rubs me the wrong way. Also I have no clue how the new Zealand PC economy looks right now so idk if this is even a remotely good deal. 

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

The way the description is worded is a bit scary.
