I bought RX 580 Nitro 8GB and I want to test it that GPU run properly. I run Cinebench and in GPU test it scored 80fps. I seen than some have on youtube videos with this GPU score of 120fps, but other say that this program can give very different results, that is not good for GPU testing. I tried Unigine superposition and I get on 1080 medium score around 8000. What else could I try?

Problem is that my monitor wetn for RMA and I got refunded so I am waiting for black friday to buy new one. Currenty I am using some 19" 1280x1024 monitor. WIth that I can`t compare FPS on youtube benchmarks, not a standard resolution. I think that Superposition score is normal for this GPU but in Far cry 3 on this small resolution I got from 55-90fps on ultra settigns which seems too low for me?? GPU usage is all over the place. I think I read before that this game is badly optimized.

Other spec:

R5 1600

16gb ram

Here are some test:

--Superposition on 1080p medium (even if I have 1280x1024 monitor seems that this test can be done on 1080p medium):

--Superposition on 1080p extreme:

Superposition score seems normal??? GPU is constant on 100% with 150-160W power drawn (MSI afterburner information)

--Cinebench64

Seems a low compared to some other but that not a reliable GPU test form what I read

--GPU -Z

And here is some videos recorded (game resolution is 1280x1024) with Relive so you can see information in Afterburner:

- Far cry 3

- Crysis Warhead

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5GntiPwxmg&feature=youtu.be

- Bioshock 2 - seems like game has big different FPS area. In room one is around 400fps, in room 2 is around 80fps and when I return to room 1 fps jump to high again. Seems like game optimization problem.

Maybe Ryzen is weak on this resolution, too weak to feed the gpu?? My first thought was that RX 580 would destroy every games on this resolution (like 200fps+) but seems like it power draw (show in MSi afterburner) isn`t high (around 100W) like it was in Superposition (150W+). I mean if something is is wrong with card than when I got 1080p monitor perfomance should be much lower than now.

GPU is connected with one cable (split cable from PSU, 8pin+6pin). PSU is EVGA G2 850W. R5 1600 is on stock settings. RAM is on 2133mhz (it can go way higher but I am waiting monitor so I can OC).

What do you guy think, is my RX 580 8GB working correctly?
