RTX 2080TI artifacting

So I bought a Palit RTX 2080TI about 2 weeks ago and it all worked just fine until last evening when I started to experience artifacting in games. I first saw it in Rise of the Tomb Raider, in that game I just got like big black boxes all over the screen then after a while it stopped. Then I started BF5 and that is when I saw a extreme case of artifacting and then the game crashed. I also tried a couple of different games like State of Decay 2, Rainbow Six Siege and Insurgency: Sandstorm all they all got artifacts and then crashed. As I said it all worked fine until yesterday evening I also get artifacts when I am using my mail for an example. I've been in contact with Nvidia support and they've done everything they can. Here is a list of the things I've tried.

 

- Updated to the newest driver

- Clean install of driver

- Rollback to an older driver I knew 100% worked earlier

- Changed settings in the Nvidia Control Panel

- Changed PCIe slot

 

So I assume I've got to replace the card with a new one now?
