Chrome is stuttering.

Chrome is stuttering for example when im watching YT videos, writing text and scrolling. I have had this issue before and i have no idea what it is. I have a laptop with GTX1070 with Max-q, i7-7700HQ, 16GB RAM and Windows 10 Pro.

Is it just chrome that this happens on? Can you see if FF or another browser is ok?

i wouldn't do that... i did that on my macbook once, and if you do a youtube video will consume 70% cpu or more.

Reinstall chrome? Also how many tabs are open when stuttering starts?

to be honest with you.. i see this recommended for just about every issue with chrome, and it never ends up being a decent solution..

 

on topic; i'd just do a good old "wipe and reinstall", and see if a fresh instance of chrome does better.
